PLOT

The film opens with a dramatic scene of an innocent child (Florence) being followed with a heavy breathing noise and killed by a mysterious character, set in the 1800s. The next scene onwards will be set in the 2013; the time difference between the 19th and 21st Century will emphasise an ongoing, untold story which the audience is yet to learn about. A new character (Lucy) is introduced, who is also an innocent school girl, similar to Florence. The film begins with Lucy noticing the ghost of Florence following her, the audience will think that Florence is a threat to victim Lucy.  As the film goes on, Lucy tries to seek help but her family and friends act strange around her and try to get her to seek mental help. She is assigned to a mental hospital and is surprised and suspicious when Florence helps her escape, however Lucy continues to try and get away from Florence's persistent appearances. Towards the end of the film, Lucy is seen to go 'crazy'. Florence's appearances become less and less until she is no longer seen. This worries Lucy even more and she eventually kills herself by throwing herself of a bridge into the water. The audience then learns that Florence was an old relative of Lucy's and she was guarding her throughout the film from a mysterious character that Florence herself was murdered by. The audience should noticed that Florence only ever appears after the heavy breathing of the mysterious character who is aiming to murder Lucy.
